Some insurers have a tough time thinking about their offerings and value proposition from the perspective of their customers and distributors. Many lack the data necessary to analyze their targets and measure their campaign effectiveness. Still others have difficulty recognizing that they are not just compared against other insurers with their online presence – they are competing for the attention, approval, and loyalty of their customers with the best sites and most creative digital marketing campaigns. Unmet, any of these challenges will undermine a digital marketing program.
